International Sport Kite Documents

The International Sport Kite Documents are created by the International Rules Book Committee(IRBC).
The IRBC members consist of two representatives each from AJSKA(All Japan Sport Kite Association), AKA(American Kite Association and
from Europe STACK(Sport Team and Competitive Kiting). The primary documents that the IRBC creates and releases are:
